NGDATA attended Informatica World 2018 this week in Las Vegas. Our co-founder and CTO, Steven Noels, presented “Transforming to the Customer Engagement Model of the Future,” which examined key issues and trends impacting customer centricity. Steven spoke about leveraging real-time customer data at Belfius Bank through augmented analytics and machine learning models. Belfius saw a 40% increase in net profits year-over-year with pension savings deposits increasing 100% and car insurance sales through the NGDATA CDP, outperforming other channels by 240%.
Earlier this year NGDATA announced a partnership with Informatica and Amazon Web Service to offer our CDP as part of AWS Marketplace through the Informatica Data Lake Management Quickstart program. As a result, NGDATA and Informatica deliver deeper insights into and prescriptive actions to customers in banking, hospitality and consumer industries from their data lakes.
