Steven Noels, chief technology officer & co-founder of NGDATA, spoke on a panel at The Chief Data & Analytics Officer Exchange, in Atlanta, on November 8, 2017. The panel, moderated by Lori Bieda, Head, BMO, Analytics Centre of Excellence at Bank of Montreal, focused on using analytics to master the customer journey. It featured lessons learned from Steven and other panel members, including executives at Farmers Insurance, SunTrust and EZCorp.
