Last night in New York City, NGDATA and BWG Strategy hosted a moderated, open Executive Exchange around how to impact the customer experience in the financial services industry. It was a great success with attendees from American Express, Citi, BBVA, JPMorgan Chase & Co, Morgan Stanley, TIAA and Wells Fargo, among others.
There were lively conversations about the opportunities and challenges of customer personalization and relevancy, wanting access to a holistic view of the customer, and a cultural shift needed to fully embrace data in the financial services industry.
